As part of the corporate group, 34 claims experts are working for Austria and Germany in the Claims Service at the Frankfurt headquarters. When combined, the international claims expertise of the team is more than 400 years. In 2015, the staff from the German Claims Service handled more than 13,000 claims internationally.

Through our own network, we offer an efficient claims handling service in 195 countries. Claims are handled by the local offices or by longstanding local co-operation partners. In case of multinational programmes, the respective claims are adjusted locally. Where the programme has been written in Austria, the claims handling process is supervised by the German Claims Service team.
