As part of the corporate group, 71 claims experts are working in the German Claims Service at the Frankfurt headquarters and the Düsseldorf office. When combined, the international claims expertise of the team is more than 400 years. Last year, the staff from the German Claims Service handled more than 17,000 claims internationally.
