Lee E. Sheldon,
San Francisco. Lee Sheldon is an Employment Practices Liability Attorney in the San Francisco office of Armijo & Garcia. Prior to joining Armijo & Garcia, Mr. Sheldon was a Partner with a civil litigatiion firm in Oakland, California where he regularly defended employment, medical malpractice, personal injury and general business cases. Mr. Sheldon has first chair jury trial experience and has represented small businesses, individuals and corporate clients in both state and federal court.
Mr. Sheldon obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine (B.A., 2003) and obtained his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (J.D., Law Review, Roger J. Traynor Honor Society, Deans List, 2008). Mr. Sheldon currently defends all types of labor and employment cases in California including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination cases.
