Michelle Gramlich,
Michelle Gramlich is an Associate in the Employment Litigation Group of Chubb's New Haven House Counsel firm, Musco & Iassogna. After graduating New York Law School, Ms. Gramlich worked at the New York law firms of Leahey & Johnson, P.C. and Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Ms. Gramlich litigated employment matters as a solo-practitioner in North Haven, Connecticut. She has experience handling cases in Federal and State court and before governmental administrative agencies. Ms. Gramlich currently defends employers against claims for discrimination, retaliation, sexual and other harassment, family and medical leave laws, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, defamation and related tort claims.
