Michael S. Munger,
Michael S. Munger is an Attorney in the Subrogation Practice Group of Chubb's New York City House Counsel Law Firm, Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk.
Mr. Munger brings with him more than 25-years of litigation experience with a specific focus on large loss subrogation and recovery on behalf of a number of insurance companies and their insureds. Mr. Munger was a partner with a private national law firm, where he prosecuted complex commercial property subrogation cases against manufacturers, distributors and retailers, governmental entities, utility companies, property owners, architects, designers and contractors. Mr. Munger has extensive experience litigating large loss property subrogation matters, advising insurers in all phases of subrogation and has been responsible for all aspects of subrogation litigation for multiple insurance carriers' large property losses (including un-insured losses for property damage and personal injuries of a company's customer).
