Robert M. Michell,
Robert M. Michell is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group of the New York City House Counsel firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Prior to joining Chubb's House Counsel, Mr. Michell was Senior Counsel for major insurance carrier's house counsel houses where he defended clients in matters involving premises, construction, motor vehicle, property damage, navigation law and other casualty related cases from inception to trial. Mr. Michell was an associate at the private firm of Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dwyer, LLP where he defended clients in matters pertaining to construction liability, breach of contract, insurance coverage litigation, subrogation and municipality litigation. Mr. Michell has worked as a claims representative for GEICO and he has worked as a Legislative Aid in the New York State Assembly. Mr. Michell currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, construction liability and property damage cases.
