Stephen J. Cassels,
Stephen Cassels is an Associate Attorney with Chubb's Westchester House Counsel firm, Varvaro, Cotter & Bender. Prior to joining Varvaro, Cotter & Bender, Mr. Cassels was an Associate with Fitzpatrick & Hunt, Pagano, Aubert, LLP, a leading law firm in Westchester, New York where he handled plaintiff's subrogation cases for several insurers and also handled construction accident, premises liability and motor vehicle personal injury cases. Mr. Cassels' practice is currently focused on defending all types of personal injury cases, including construction accident, premises liability, products liability and motor vehicle cases.
