COVID-19 additional coverage designed to protect you and your family
Chubb Life Myanmar is providing Free COVID-19 coverage to all the existing and future insured persons of Chubb Life Shield, Chubb Health Shield and Chubb Critical Illness Shield i.e., with no additional premium charges until Dec 31, 2020.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Extra hospital cash benefit for Chubb Health Shield due to COVID-19: 20% of policy’s daily hospital benefit up to 21 days
- Extra ICU benefit due to COVID-19 : 20% of policy’s sum assured up to 2,000,000 MMK.
- Extra death benefit due to COVID-19: 100% of policy’s sum assured; up to 10,000,000 MMK
Effective Date: October 28th, 2020 – December 31st, 2020 or when total additional benefit payout reaches an internal fund limit; whichever comes first.
Conditions:
- 14-day Waiting Period after policy issue applies
- Each benefit is only paid once for each insured person
- The policy must be inforce upon death, ICU admittance, and/or first day of hospitalization
- Extra benefit program will end early if total claim amount reaches an internal fund limit
