Helen Taylor, Claims Client Relationship Manager

Helen has over ten years’ experience in the insurance industry and joined Chubb in February 2014, leading the claims relationship across all lines for a number of our large global clients. Prior to joining Chubb, Helen led a Unit of Large Loss Casualty and Motor claims handlers, handled the larger and more complex losses within that team and was also engaged in professional indemnity claims. Helen has a degree in Law and is ACII qualified. In collaboration with other insurers, Helen was awarded the Counter Fraud Initiative of the Year at the Post Insurance Awards 2015 for the group’s work in Data Protection. Helen’s technical background and solution focused approach to claims programme management mean that clients can be assured of speedy responses, bespoke solutions and excellent claims programme management
