To pay by cheque by mail /PPS/Bill Payment/Internet Banking, please make the payment at least three working days before the premium due date.

By Autopay
Autopay can be made by bank account or credit card. Please contact your insurance consultant or our Premier Customer Service Center for more details, and form(s) available for download via the link below:

Payment can be transferred directly to pay the premium from the designated bank account, using any tone phone or via the internet, 24 hours a day.

Transfer payment from your designated bank account through JETCO/ATM or Internet via Bill Payment.

Payment by Internet Banking
The maximum payment amount per day is HK$100,000 (HSBC)/No limit (BOC) / HK$300,000 (Hang Seng)
All OPP payments, including regular or irregular payment, have to be submitted separately with Payment Type “03 OPP Payment”.
Chubb Life Insurance Company Ltd. reserves the right to determine the validity of the payment and is not liable for any transaction failure, error, or inconsistency caused by Bill Payment.
Internet Banking
The premium can be paid using the Internet Banking Bill Payment Service offered by the Bank.

By Bank or ATM
The premium can be credited to our company account by the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or at a branch of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. (HSBC) or Standard Chartered Bank.
*Please send the original bank-in slip to us after making the deposit.

Cheques should be crossed (A/C Payee Only) and made payable to 'Chubb Life Insurance Company Ltd. with the policy number and the name of the Insured on the back of the cheque.
