At Chubb, we commit to providing premier service. Therefore, we respect your suggestions as well as complaints. If you are not satisfied with Chubb’s products and services, you may use the following servicing channels

  1. Chubb’s customer service hotline at 1500 257 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Western Indonesia Time); or
  2. E-mail to contact.id@chubb.com; or
  3. Fill out a complaint registration form and visit Chubb’s office in person at KEM Tower, 8th Floor , Jl. Landasan Pacu Barat Blok B10 Kav. No. 2, Kemayoran, Jakarta 10610. Our office is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Western Indonesia Time.

 

Chubb’s Complaint Handling Unit will provide a complaint registration number within a period of not later than 1 (one) business day after your complaint is received.

Each submitted complaint must be accompanied with supporting documents. We will inform the document details and information needed and you will be given the opportunity to complete it within 20 (twenty) business days after your complaint is received.

We will immediately process your complaint to the relevant department, to provide answers and resolve your complaint within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days after we have fully received all documents related to your complaint.
