Meaders & Alfaro: Our Attorneys

Mr. Meaders's trial practice includes defense of all types of casualty liability cases and some specialty cases including premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation, professional negligence, contractual business disputes and large scale liability cases.

Sonia Alfaro is an attorney in the Employment Practice Group. Ms. Alfaro has experience in litigating a wide range of employment matters, including claims arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, National Labor Relations Act, as well as other federal and state laws.

Yanice Colon-Pol is an attorney in the Employment Practice Group. Ms. Colon-Pol currently defends clients in a wide range of employment matters, including claims arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the American with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, National Labor Relations Act, as well as other federal and state laws.

Nan Leverett is an Associate in the Casualty Practice Group.  She currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, general negligence and workplace injuries.

Allyn Lowell is an attorney in the Employment Practice Group.  Ms. Lowell is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has focused her practice on defending management in employment matters throughout her career.

David McTaggart is an attorney in the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. McTaggart currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability, general negligence and workplace injuries. 

Reuben Rios is an attorney in the Casualty Practice Group.  Mr. Rios has successfully defended clients in the areas of D.T.P.A., medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability, automobile liability and first party liability. Mr. Rios currently defends all types of casualty liability cases including premises liability, products liability and automobile liability.
