To make a claim, please choose the claims reporting option below that best suits your needs. Please have your company name, policy number and the class of business the claim relates to in hand. We’ll also need the contact details of the person in your company who will be dealing with the claim and the location where the loss occurred.
Please notify all new commercial claims to ClaimsP&C.MY@Chubb.com for the following respective classes of insurance:
