Policyowners with Vietcombank ATM Card or Vietcombank Debit Card may visit Vietcombank’s ATM to make premium payment to Chubb Life without any service charges.

Policyowners to log in to https://www.baohiemchubblife.vn, select Online Payment function to make premium payments using bank cards.

Kindly note that when insurance policies have advances from surrender value, policyholders are not allowed to use international card to make payments for premium submission or advance returns.

Please contact your serving Account Representative, Premium Collector or Customer Service staff at any Chubb Life sales offices nationwide for more information and using this service without any service charges.

Customer can make premium payment using domestic cards, during or out of office hours, weekends, even 24/7 for some convenience stores, at any payment points in Payoo payment network below, without any service charges:

To make premium payment to Chubb Life, please input the following information:

• Types of services to be paid: Life Insurance
• Beneficiary: Chubb Life
• Policy number or Application Number
• Payment types:

             - Initial premium payment
             - Renewal premium payment (including Renewal premium payment or Policy loan payment)
             - Premium for alteration or reinstatement

• Payment amount

The store’s staff will collect money and provide Payment Receipt for your checking and filing.

Policyowners to log in to https://bill.payoo.vn/ or Payoo application on mobile phone, select Insurance service and select Chubb Life to make the premium payment using Payoo e-Wallet or Bank account, domestic payment cards.
