Undergraduates or recently graduated students can apply for an internship at Chubb.

Who’s it for?
College or university students are eligible for our seasonal internship, which lasts between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the programme available and the time of the year.

Work Experience
The Programme
Our UK Work Experience Programme is for students looking for a work experience placement of up to four weeks with a leading insurance business. The programme gives you the chance to gain some hands-on experience, develop your knowledge of the insurance industry and explore the careers available at Chubb in the UK. Please note: this programme is unpaid.

Tamkeen’s Bahraini University Graduates Employment Programme
This programme aims to place Bahraini University graduates in career opportunities in the private sector.
At Chubb, we offer selected candidates a full-time job with a competitive salary, as well as extensive on-the-job training and career development planning. Tamkeen, which sponsors tailored training programmes and facilitates placements within the private sector, supports each graduate by subsidising their salary and training for the first two years.
We are committed to helping our Bahraini graduates build a successful future in insurance and support them to become professionally qualified ACII members. Past graduates have gone on to secure key roles within our underwriting teams.
