The first step to recovering your loss is to report a claim. We make it convenient with 2 reporting options. Download the Masterpiece Claim Form and send the completed claim form to:
- Your insurance broker or agent; or
- Chubb via email – NewClaimMasterpiece.SG@chubb.com
When you submit a claim directly to Chubb, you will receive an acknowledgement reply within 1 working day. Please provide as many details as you can. The more information we have about your loss, the better abled we will be to allocate the right resources for your claim. Although we process thousands of claims every year, we treat each customer the way we would want to be treated, with the same care and attention.
Assessing the Damage: Our expertise
