This requirement will apply to short-term visitors who are entering Singapore under the ATP and RGLs only. It will not apply to returning Singapore Citizens/Permanent Residents (SCs/PRs), as they are able to tap on regular healthcare financing arrangements for their inpatient medical bills should they develop the onset of COVID-19 symptoms within 14 days of their return.
