Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Quarter Century Club?

Chubb’s Quarter Century Club (QCC) highlights Chubb’s culture of excellence and craftsmanship by celebrating the contributions of our long-tenured employees. The QCC is comprised of all active employees in good standing, with 25 or more years of service; not necessarily served consecutively, including war leave of absence. The QCC includes all retired employees with 25 or more years of service, subject to regional guidance.

QCC members who leave Chubb to assume a position at a company that competes with Chubb would no longer be eligible to participate in the QCC program.

The Quarter Century Club is marked by a biennial celebratory event.

How many employees belong to the QCC community?

Chubb currently has approximately 4300 employees that are QCC members. The new group of inductees includes about 300 colleagues who reached a service anniversary of 25 years within 2016 and 2017.

How often will the Quarter Century Club celebration be held?

The QCC will hold a biennial event, which means every two years. This recognition ceremony will be hosted by Chubb’s CEO and Chairman Evan Greenberg, and some members of the executive team.

What does being a new inductee mean?

The new class of inductees encompasses any active employee who reached 25 years of service in 2016 or 2017.

All employees and retirees with more than 25 years of service prior to 2016, including members of any previous iteration of the Quarter Century Club, have been added into the current QCC, but are not considered new inductees.

Can I postpone my new inductee participation?

QCC new inductees are automatically added to the QCC community. Regardless of your ability to attend the QCC biennial event, your induction into the QCC community is honored during the year of achievement.

What if I am unable to attend the QCC event?

Given the size of our QCC membership and the location of the event, we recognize that several colleagues may not be able to attend the biennial event. Regardless of attendance, QCC membership is a public recognition of all long tenured employees.

Can I bring a guest to the QCC Event?

Given the size of our QCC community, attendance is unfortunately restricted to QCC members only.

When and where is the QCC Event being held?
