“The Early Career Development Program made the transition from college to career a seamless one. Coming from a non-business major, I was worried about my inexperience in the insurance industry. However, the program’s informative training sessions, frequent “Lunch and Learns” and engaging networking events taught me the fundamentals of insurance and gave me the strong foundation necessary for a successful career.”
