The Chubb Associate Program is a two year program geared to early career professionals to help them develop expertise and technical acumen as an insurance professional. The program includes:

• Relevant training sessions with the opportunity for engaging with peers and leadership
• Technical training to build acumen in an employee’s area of expertise
• Project work that offers collaborative opportunities across business units to provide enhanced exposure and experience and focuses on Chubb business priorities / initiatives complements on the job learning
• Mentoring from prior program graduates to help early career professionals navigate through the organization

As part of your experience, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our Early Career Workshop, one learning event that is part of the Chubb Associate Program curriculum. During the five-day workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry directly from our executives, renowned in the industry. Here you would also gain exposure to the fundamentals of the various functional areas and businesses within our organization and have an opportunity to connect with other early career colleagues and partner with them to complete a group project based on learning in the session.
