This is an insurance that covers loss or damage to the insured property as a result of burglary, with evidence of forcible breaking into the insured premise; or includes robbery or theft, depending on the choice of coverage.
Coverage:
- Loss of or damage to the property insured
- Damage to the building containing the property insured arising from burglary in the insured premises or premises breaking act
- There are 3 Categories under Burglary Insurance which are: -
BG1 : Burglary with evidence of forcible for entry or exist the insured premise
BG2 : Burglary and Robbery with evidence for forcible or exist the insured premise
BG 3: Burglary, Robbery and Theft with or without evidence of forcible for entry or exist the insured premise
