• All cheques, cashier cheques or Bank draft should be made payable to Chubb Samaggi Insurance (PCL) with crossed cheques (A/C Payee only) and strikethrough ‘Or Bearer’.
• Credit card (Visa or Master)

• Payment can be made by mail with premium billing enclosed and send to Chubb Samaggi Insurance (PCL)
