Business Analyst
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze the business needs then propose and implement IT solutions to support the business needs to improve the business processes in overall
- Design database, file structures, form and report, processing and control procedure to ensure adequacy in meeting the requirements and to comply with IT standards
- Design program logic and do program coding to meet the system specification and to adhere with prescribed standards
- Develop systems testing and conversion plan as well as coordinate with users to perform UAT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field
- 7 years experience, preferable in life insurance industry
- 5 years in IT application development and implementation projects
- Analytic skill and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Database design, programming and SQL language
- Good English communication skill
