Rami and his family arrived home one night to find their front door smashed and their house ransacked. Rami immediately called Chubb, who were concerned firstly for the safety and welfare of the family. With the house not being in a liveable condition and the security systems compromised, Chubb directed Rami to take the family to stay in a Hotel that was close by.
Rami was devastated when he learned what had been taken from the house, including irreplaceable items such as his father’s cufflinks. When the Chubb assessor came out, Rami was struck by their empathy and understanding that some of the items were special not because of their financial value, but because of the memories they held.
