Chubb’s Quarter Century Club has its origins in the storied and impressive histories of both Chubb Corporation, and Insurance Company of North America (formerly ACE Limited).

Chubb's Quarter Century Club highlights our culture of excellence and craftsmanship by celebrating the contributions of our long-tenured employees. The QCC is comprised of all Chubb employees with 25 or more years of service, including retirees, and is marked by a biennial event.

Chubb's Quarter Century Club tradition is rooted in the storied and impressive histories of both Chubb Corporation, and Insurance Company of North America (formerly ACE Limited).

In 1942, INA first recognized nearly 100 employees with service records of 25 or more years at a ceremony in Philadelphia on the momentous occasion of the company's 150th anniversary. In 1949, Chubb (formerly Chubb & Son) established the Quarter Century Club to recognize long-tenured employees marked at a gala in New York, also celebrating 100 employees.

Both companies had unique approaches to their Quarter Century Clubs; Chubb established an annual event to celebrate all inductees, while INA held smaller ceremonies in regions and offices around the world.

Seven decades later, Chubb has renewed the Quarter Century Club with all existing members from our heritage companies, and the most recent class of inductees numbered approximately 300.

The renewed QCC ceremony was held on October 12, 2017, in an elegant tented space at the Chubb Hotel and Conference Center in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania with a celebratory dinner, live entertainment, and a brief recognition ceremony hosted by Chubb's CEO and Chairman Evan Greenberg, and other executives, including, John Keogh, Juan Andrade, Paul Krump, John Lupica, Ed Clancy, Chris Maleno, Scott Gunter, Steven Pozzi, Gerard Butler, Frances O'Brien, and Phillip Cole.
