  • Policy Types available including: Practice, Project and Follow-Form Excess
  • Coverage for domestic and U.S.-based multinational companies performing work abroad
  • Admitted local policies outside of the U.S. can be placed in various jurisdictions as part of a master U.S. program
  • Potential environmental losses for work performed by or on behalf of Named Insured
  • No base policy exclusions for construction defects or water intrusion

CPL Insurance Minimums & Limits

  • Minimum self-insured retention: $5,000
  • Minimum premium from $1,500 to $5,000
  • Capacity available up to $25M per/aggregate limit, inclusive of legal defense costs; sub limits may apply to certain coverages and classes of business
