Use our Chubb Auto Mobile Estimate App to help facilitate your estimate for auto damage following a covered accident. The Mobile Estimate Feature in the app lets you upload photos and videos of the damages on your vehicle and receive a repair estimate within a few hours. Under certain circumstances, settlement may be finalized the very same day.

  1. From a smartphone, let your Claims Examiner know that you want to use the Chubb Auto Mobile Estimate App to obtain an estimate. A link to download the app will be sent to you.
  2. Launch the app and enter the required information.
  3. Follow the instructions to take and submit photos of your vehicle's damages.
  4. Get an estimate typically within three (3) hours.
  5. Choose whether you want to receive a payment for the estimate amount or take your car to a repair shop. You always have the choice to choose your own repair shop or to use Chubb’s Trusted Service Network.
