Chubb supports teacher training and ongoing practice in New York City and Los Angeles schools.

Chubb supports Teach for America’s New York City region through funding local teacher training programs for new members teaching in New York City Public Schools. Members will develop the skills and mindsets needed to impact student growth and achievement through content knowledge development and through developing connections to the New York community. Additionally, Chubb’s funding supports “OneDay Fellowships” for 19 Los Angeles members who continue to teach beyond their two-year commitment.
